I like this a little more for Indiana. They had to take on bad contracts, but they got the better part of the deal player wise. Harrington was good, but Jackson has been positively mediocre this year on the court while being a huge distraction off the court. Sarunas is ok but not a big loss.
Coming from GS Murphy and Dunleavy can both stretch the floor and open space for O'Neal... Diogu is the best part of the deal for Indy. He's been very productive when he's played, but he just hasn't gotten to play that much in Nellie's system.
So in the end I give the Pacers a slight edge, but it's not an awful deal for the Warriors because they did get rid of those bad contracts.
