Right! Let's say that, for whatever psychotic reason, the Cards wanted to trade Pujols for, say, Scott Hatteberg. Would the Reds GM need more than a New York minute to decide upon this? Not a chance! Granted, this isn't frickin' likely to happen in real life, but since there is the possibility for it to happen in the game-world then there should also exist the possibility for a GM to respond to a trade like this instantly.
But if guys like the Colonel really wanted 'real world' reasoning
only within these games, they should be lobbying to remove the possibility for wacko trades like the one above. Remember, fellas, this
is a computer game, not a new alternate reality that is being made here.
