I was just starting (yet another) brand new league as you responded. I started the league as unemplyed, went to the job offers, and saw that there were about 8 teams offering jobs as GM at the major league level. This has been the case every new league I start. I have yet to see a minor lreage manager offer.
Where do I go to find the minor league jobs available?
