This is what I don't understand. Imagine that you're a season ticket holder for the Frankfurt Galaxy or the Berlin Thunder - the NFL bypassed your town to hold this game in a city that doesn't even have an NFL Europe team.
This game would only promote NFL Europe if they're planning on putting an expansion team there. Otherwise, I don't get it.
