Whilst it could be Twickenham, I can safely say it will be at Wembley (if it's ever finished). Simply because if "Twickers" had to have their arms twisted for years to allow the opposing rugby code (league) to play games there, even though they had nicked some of their players and staff, there is no way they will allow 500lb behemoths in to wreck their pitch.

And it will almost certainly be the Miami Dolphins vs. the New York Giants.

I think it's just a bad idea all-round, and will be a one-off and then scrapped by the NFL.
