Interesting you should ask this. I have an average to poor pitcher on one of my R level teams who can't play another position but has some of the best offensive ratings on the team. Much to my dismay, the game's depth charts do not allow me to insert him into a bullpen role and have him DH a few times a week. Maybe this calls for the Suggestions Board!
