Quite an interesting historical period based mystery. The author has written other books involving his character Edmund Blackstone & based on this book I wouldn't mind giving them a try if I can find any of them.
Blackstone is a Bow Street runner (policeman) assigned the task of eliminating prize fighting while also secretly being the patron and trainer of a young pugilist.
