My word for it did begin with P but wasn't pathetic
, I remember years ago Wigan played Torquay at Springfield Park and it rained non stop all day, no joke there were puddles on the field that young kids could have swam in, at the time I used to collect all the players autographs on the programme and ended up with a soggy mess of paper, end of the game I left the ground without a dry piece of clothing on my body all I can say is todays footballers = girlies.
PS Still have that soggy mess, well dry mess by now
