I'd say opportunity cost. They do have a budget and they are approaching their spending limits, apparently. I wouldn't want to see them be unable to go after other opportunities in the future because of committing to this now. I won't exactly be heartbroken if they get Zito, because it will make them better now. I'm just concerned that it could hurt their ability to continue to get better in the future more than it helps them now.
