JS: Seriously? The guy consistently gets the best contracts for his clients. Isn't that his job?

I think most teams had believed that DM would sign for ~$8mm (this may seem odd, but rival bidders were quoted in [IIRC, the NY Post] as such whene there was discussion over what constitutes a "good faith" argument). Thus, if he signs for $10mm, Boras just increased his clients pay day by 25%. That is some real value added.
