Gigcities must be relatively new on the scene - they offer quite a free hosting package. But none of their links - Hosting Services, FAQ - work. From what I've read, you can use FTP for uploading, max file size is 10Mb (watch out for your rosters) and there's plenty of broadband width with which to fool around. But my guess is that the glitch lies with Gigcities rather than something you're doing. Try their Tech Support folks.
