No, nothing custom about it.
In that same season my 1B carried a .420 batting average into September... finally finished the year hitting exactly .400 (first time ever in OOTP I've seen a .400 performance)... so I stayed up well past the time I should have gone to bed to see how it'd turn out. I was so tired I didn't think to cut and paste, I typed it all in by hand.
