We don't usually have a team representing Great Britain, because Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland don't want to lose their independent entry in UEFA/FIFA.
So that's why Wales/Scotland don't want to be involved in this, even though the current FIFA president has said they won't lose their individual nation entries.
