See Ben Wallace and Charles Barkley for examples. Hugely undersized players dominating the center position. Barkley was 6'4". Its just different people have to put in different amounts of work to get to the same level. Some are blessed with natural ability and they dont have to work hard at all. Others dont have that natural ability, to the same extent, so they have to work 15 times harder to get to the same place.
