That error means you named your league the same name as a league folder that already exists. Simply name your league something else or delete the folder in your OOTP4 directory that has the same name that you want to use. (*Note deleting the folder will delete the league and you will not be able to use it, also make sure the league you are deleting is not the current "quick start" league)
