Bad news in this week's update on the only club that can be promoted to the J. League at the end of this season.

Rosso Kumamoto, of Kumamoto City, Kyushu, who need to finish in the top two of the JFL to be promoted to the J. League (after being the only team to reach all the criteria off the field), could only draw 2-2 at SC Tottori.
Needing a last minute equaliser to just claim one point, Rosso sit in fourth place, three points behind 2nd placed Sagawa Kyubin Tokyo, with just six games to go.
