this is not a waiver issue. there were 15-20 players on each team that were missing if you listed the entire organization from your TEAM menu.

the only way you saw those missing players was if you went to the LEAGUE->TRANSACTIONS-> SHOW ALL PLAYERS menu and displayed the entire list of players in the league. only then the missing players would show up.

this only happened for the minor league players
