First of all, I didn't say he unknowingly cheated. I said he did something that happens to not be illegal, though he probably thought it was. More like he unknowingly didn't cheat on a loophole that is
in the rulebook. It was posted here twice. You haven't read it either time.
Foreign substances, under that rule exception, are
not all illegal. Please, try to understand that.
