You can always retrieve stadium photos from the Internet or make them yourself if you are artistically inclined. There are several packages of stadium background graphics available at

http://www.ootpmodsquad.com/

I recommend the Bogart stadiums which I use. In response to someone else's inquiry, I posted the player coordinates and an example of how they look at these links:

Whatever you use has to be in .jpg format and saved to this folder in your OOTP game:

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2006\data\ballparks

Then, as commissioner, you have to edit each stadium (Home, Options & Ballpark, Edit Ballpark, Pictures & Coordinates, Ballpark Picture Files) to show the EXACT name of the graphic file that you wish to use for that stadium. That is also where you edit the player coordinates (positions on screen).

Enjoy.

Edit: Just after I posted this, I went to the General Discussions board and noticed in the sticky at the top of the board that version 1.3 of the Customization Guide has been released. As luck would have it, one of the new sections deals with editing Ballparks/Stadiums. I recommend that you download this guide at
