No, I had one of my tablets that I was given from the doctor before I ate last night (as I was getting spasms after eating for the past couple of days - ie. a "bad period"), and they worked very well, I hardly felt anything, so I can take those if I need them.
As for the letter, no it is only one sheet of white paper.
Obviously, I've wrote on it, and it actually fills the whole one side of paper.
I always think writing on white paper, rather than lined, looks better, although trying to use guide-lines when the paper is thick is interesting to say the least.
Do you think the same?
