They
DID stop them from moving 25 yards in 30 seconds. That last drive was only twenty yards. They stopped them at the 44. That's exactly what you want your defense to do in that situation. The problem was a) Tampa Bay's kicker made the kick of a lifetime and b) Philadelphia's offense had made enough major screw-ups that a kick-of-a-lifetime could actually cost them the game.
Seriously, the defense allowed 200 yards and 9 points. You can't ask for much better.
