After looking into a little more I can offer free hosting to leagues who need/want it. As long as you are just using it for the league I don't think space/bandwidth will be an issue. If your site is using more than 1G storage space or 10G transfer/month give me a heads up. Right now I don't have a good system setup to take signups so I like to add 4 or 5 leagues on a pilot run (if people are interested). I should be able to get you set up with forums, ftp, all the usual stuff.
