So I guess it's time to hit eSellerate directly. They were actually the ones I contacted first (or attempted to contact), but I never heard back after e-mailing their customer services whozit. All I ever got back was some dumb auto reply with no real information, but it was the only thing I could find resembling tech support for their business.
