I am sorry that it has taken so long for a response, but BP was correct in pointing to the other thread. Unfortunately, this is the sign of a corrupt database and there is nothing you can do. Your only options are to start over or revert to a backup. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if we can help with any other issues in the future.
