I've discussed this w/ SAL a couple of times and just wanted to wait for a lull in the action and for after the halfway point of the season before posting.
The thought is to have about 4-6 candidates per conference in each catagory for the final vote. I will submit a list to SAL after the end of the regular season and SAL can pick how many should be on the ballot.
The managers from each conference will vote. To break ties, I think it would be fair for SAL to cast the deciding vote (so be nice to him).
If anyone has any other good ideas or comments about the EOY awards, feel free to post them here. (I'm a glutton for useless stats)
