With that said, I would like to know if the copy that can be purchased via eLicense will be Football Manager 2007 or WorldWide Soccer Manager 2007. I hope it's the former, I don't want to play the game and see "Head Coach" and "Feld" instead of "Manager" and "Pitch".

I think the digital version available via elicense will be WSM and not 'FM' but I would imagine we'll have the standard English language file included
