Posts will move lower down the cue as other posts are replied too... just relax. For future reference you are also more likely to get a quick response to a technical support issue, in the <a href="http://www.400softwarestudios.com/ubb/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=4" target="_blank">Technical Support & Trouble Shooting Forum</a> . There is less traffic there and as a result your post stays closer to the top longer, so its easier to reply to quicker.
I believe you'd need to contact the sales dept. for details on the refund policy...
