I just find it odd that similarly rated scouts who have high very high scout potential ratings are so far off on their reports of people in the draft.
The head scout may say that Player X is top rated player w/ 80 potential and scout one calls him a complete scrub w/ 34 potential.
Isn't it a bit unrealistic? Or does scouting need a complete overhall?
