Back on topic, scout the draft with ALL of your ML scouts.. Each will give you twenty recommended players. I make a list of all the players mentioned, then give them a rating from '1' (mentioned by one scout) to '6' (mentioned by everybody. I don't care about the exact ranking each scout gives someone, just that they mention him at all.

When your turn to draft comes around, scratch everyone who's already been taken off your list. An easy way to do this is to shortlist everyone on your list, then go to your shortlist whenever your turn comes around and delete anyone who now has a team listed. If there are any sixes left, decide which of them you want most, draft him, then advance to the next round and repeat, dropping down through the fives, fours, etc.

The time I tried this, I didn't run out of list until round 29, and I was very happy with my picks. The only modification I made was that my list was way overcrowded with catchers, so after I'd drafted five of them, I just deleted all the rest. Your mileage may vary.
