I received this game in June this year. Are there any other patches, apart from the 1.0.3, that should be downloaded?

Also, when I downloaded the patch, I had an error message after it had downloaded it. Can I simply download it again? I downloaded it on dial-up but can get access to WIFI and do it again if that is the solution.
