In reality, Grossman got lucky that the Vikings fumbled the ball and gave him basically a point blank shot at the endzone. Chester Taylor holds onto that ball and the game is over. I can't see how the Bears won the game, I can only see that the Vikings lost the game.
The Bears won the game because the defense did what the defense does. They held the opposing offense to three field goals and forced a key turnover. It's to the point where if the Bears hadn't forced that fumble, I would've been surprised.

My opinion on Jones is probably biased, but quite frankly, I think he's a below average back. His 1300 yards last year were the product of airplane hangar-sized holes in the line on a regular basis. Also, they had ZERO passing game so all they did was runrunrun. Jones is a guy who is great in space, but has almost no ability to break a tackle or make something happen for himself. He has to be given that space. The other problem is he's not that fast, so he can't even fill a Warrick Dunn-type role. The truly sad part is the Bears say he's in there partially because of his pass blocking (or Benson's inability to block), yet Jones is one of the main reasons Grossman has been sacked at all this year and routinely either blocks the wrong guy, misses his block, or appears to just chose to not block at all.

I think the only reason the Bears didn't use Benson today is because they're giving Jones every chance to lose his job. I believe Lovie wants Benson to get the job, but at this point, the team loves Jones and the switch can't be solely a "he's the #4 pick, he HAS to play" decision. Jones sucking it up three straight games is a good enough reason to give Benson at least half the carries against the Seahawks.
