The UBL is always looking to add a good GM. Currently at this posting date we are in the middle of our 3rd season (2008) and could use a few more GMs to replace San Diego and New York Yankees. This is a rather basic league, but it does have a website, so please, visit it, and, if you're interested sign up in the Waiting List. I appreciate any time you give to the UBL. Go check out the site
And the biggest piece of information, you do NOT need the game to join.
