I've followed all the things I've read here and still I can not upgrade 6.12 to 6.51. From what I understand, version 6.12 must be installed with an active licsense (It is) I then take the 6.51a upgrade and install that to a separate folder. With a valid 6.12 installed should not the 6.51a load up with no problem? Well all I get is the Elicsense screen telling me to activate. I enter my valid 6.12 serial number and it will not take it.

So what am I doing wrong? Why such a hassle to upgrade like this?

Any help is appreciated.
