4-0 win in the first round of the FA Cup for my boys today. Bromley's excellent start to the season continues apace with five wins and two draws so far putting us at the top of the league as well. The only slight hiccup was going down 2-0 in the league cup to Ashford, but we did send a shadow squad out. Cup wise our focus is always on the London and Kent cups.
We've added Simon Osborn to our midfield corps. He is still an extremely good player who could be playing in the professional ranks. Apparently we've got him as he decided his wife had been following him around the country for long enough and it was time to return home. Certainly he'll add a bit of nous to our midfield with his years of football league experience.
