To easily get your league's fielding percentage to be what you want use this formula:
Error Frequency = [(1 - Desired Fielding Pecentage) / (1 - Actual Fielding Percentage)] X 100
Set this number in your config file for both Fielding Error Frequency and Throwing Error Frequency. (If your config file has already been changed, then change the "100" in the above formula to what is set your config file. If Throwing Error Frequency and Fielding Error Frequency are not identical in your current config file, then I recommend setting them both to "100" and running a test season to determine "Actual Fielding Percentage".)
