Thanks so much for this mod! I think it is very useful. *2 thumbs up*

One word of caution for folks about to use this - the aging modifiers that are used (which are the Seviien aging modifiers) don't seem to create realistic MLB-like results.

For example, 7 years into my sim, there were only 9 players aged 39 or older who saw major league playing time that season (2012).

By contrast, in 2005 in the MLB, there were 40 players aged 39+ who saw playing time. They were:
Julio Franco 1958 47
John Franco 1960 45
Jamie Moyer 1962 43
Roger Clemens 1962 43
Pat Borders 1963 42
Jeff Fassero 1963 42
Terry Mulholland 1963 42
David Wells 1963 42
Randy Johnson 1963 42
Roberto Hernandez 1964 41
Kenny Rogers 1964 41
Lenny Harris 1964 41
Barry Bonds 1964 41
Rafael Palmeiro 1964 41
B.J. Surhoff 1964 41
Ruben Sierra 1965 40
Buddy Groom 1965 40
Al Leiter 1965 40
Steve Finley 1965 40
Kevin Brown 1965 40
Orlando Hernandez 1965 40
Steve Reed 1965 40
Craig Biggio 1965 40
Benito Santiago 1965 40
Larry Walker 1966 39
Tom Glavine 1966 39
Chris Hammond 1966 39
Greg Maddux 1966 39
Mike Timlin 1966 39
Jeff Conine 1966 39
Woody Williams 1966 39
Curt Schilling 1966 39
Jeff Nelson 1966 39
Sandy Alomar 1966 39
Tim Wakefield 1966 39
Mike Remlinger 1966 39
Moises Alou 1966 39
Gerald Williams 1966 39
Greg Myers 1966 39
Jose Mesa 1966 39

In 2012, there were only 5 players aged 40+ and no one over 41. In contrast in the MLB in 2005 (as shown above), there were 24 and 9, respecitvely. So in summary:

Code:
Age MLB(2005) OOTPMLB(2012)
39+ 40 9
40+ 24 5
42+ 9 0

So if having realistic aging distributions is important to you, you may want to try to tweak the aging modifiers. I haven't done enough testing to see what would work best.
