Anyone else seen this or - even better - know what could be causing it?

I have one GM who can't export his team via FTP - he gets "Error 203 - wrong path" messages.

There's another GM whose team is giving me a message about the wrong version (this one I'm guessing is that he didn't install patch 3, but I'm waiting to hear from him if that's true). The message is long, so it's not entirely visible on the import screen, but the gist of it seems to be a version problem - though if its league file version or sim version is unclear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. These exports are the very first for the Greatest Generations league. I figured I'd post here before going the technical support forum route...
