My history was only 1 and a half season's when I got canned so it can't be that. With patch 1.02 you could get fired every season and still get an offer as 10 or 11 gms get the can every year. I will admit I have had low level offers so maybe I will try and see if it leads to a big league job. Thanks for feedback though, maybe Marcus decided to make it a little more realistic.
