I was fired 1 and a half sesons into my league and have now simmed four years without a job offer. Every season 10 or so managers get the boot and no offers. Before this patch if you got the boot you simmed the remainer then there would be 3 or 4 big league offers every season. To me this means once your canned your league becomes a sim only league...Thanks
