Before re-installing or updating.

Copie the file ootp2006_eSellerate_key from OOTP Baseball 2006/data/config.

For added security, move folders saved_games, quickstart_games, World templates to another location ex. Desktop.

Install or patch.

If you patch be sure to select the folder where the game actually is. The installer doesn't always select the right location.

After installation.

Move the file ootp2006_eSellerate_key into OOTP Baseball 2006/data/config.
then move the folders saved_games, quickstart_games, World templates back into folder OOTP Baseball 2006/data/.

Start the game.
