Suggestion: The financials need clarity and better explanation in the rules.
Reason: I have yet to decipher the financial structure of OOTPB. Trading for cash, for instance, does not improve one's budget, nor does the owner acknowledge its presence when asking for player extensions. Cash is a fungible instrument and does carry over from year to year, but not in the owner's mind in OOTB. One can have several millions of dollars available for player signings, but nothing for inexpensive extensions.
