I just figured out why FaceTool always thinks that it's the first time being executed. The shortcut to it does not include the "execute in" folder, it's blank. When I enter "C:\Program Files\OOTP FaceTool\" there, it runs perfectly. It also runs perfectly when browsing to the folder manually and the double-clicking the facetool.exe
