Echo Mr. Capo's enthusiastic support of your idea of being able to skip past "three up, three down" innings to get to the parts of the game that require managing. In addition to "until batter reaches base," maybe "until RISP/HR."
Don't understand the half inning request, though. Don't we already have that?
