Hey all -
I still haven't been able to get this program to work despite trying just about everything possible. The program is installed with no errors. My league csv file loads with no errors - but when I push the button to create images I get a "access violation at address..." error, with universe, team and player at a time buttons.
There is one weird thing that might be the problem. There is a file on my desktop named "faceTool_setup" that I think is left over from the BETA version I had installed/un-installed. The file has a few problems. 1) it says the size is 5.72 KB but 16 kb size on disk - which might be normal I don't know and 2) the file cannot be deleted. When I attempt to delete it I get a "Cannot delete Facetool_setup: Access is denied. The source file may be in use" message. If I click on it it says "Facetool_setup is not a valid win32 application." I have tried various programs to try to delete it and or figure out if it is running or something is trying to run it. Nothing has worked. Maybe it is the cause of my "access violation?"
Any ideas would be greatly apreciated,
