I don't see a drop down menu for the job drop down menu. Can you help me?

He'll then decide if he wants the job or not. If he does, he'll tell you what he wants (you can't negotiate like you can with players). Oh, and positions have to be blank. You can't have a Major League pitching coach and then try hiring another pitching coach at the major league level. You have to fire your current coach BEFORE trying to offer jobs. That makes it some risk, especially at the lower levels.
