TXS for your quick response and help.
I'll be a little more specific as to what I have tried so far:
1. Did do a CVS dump of my fictional league while running OOTP.
2. Did create C:\AU2006\photos folder.
3. Did D/L the large photo pack file and unzip into 2. above.
4. Did open and verify that there were actual photos in the D/L RANDOM photo folder.
5. Did run mod execute program selecting the correct league I did the CVS dump for. Also checked the block for random photos, entered 1870 to start and typed 1871 for end. Mod program then executed succesfully (no error messages, etc. occurred).
6. Did check reports for my league and indicated that of the 7200 players none had an active photo.
7. Ran OOTP and verified photos were not being displayed...only checked my 25 player active roster.
Used IE for the D/L's and have the latest version of OOTP.
I am assuming if I can muddle
my way through everything that my question about having to convert the photos to the right format for the game to recognize is NOT necessary...the mod itself accomplishes that and also conforms to section 7 in the OOTP customization manual.
PS-While I am waiting...I am going to D/L everything again as I believe a new version of the mod execute program is now available. I'll give it a fresh shot.
