i am in 10 leagues. but i am in 2 leagues that i am not happy with. i want to find 2 leagues that have very conscientious and active commissioners. i am active every day and spend 3-5 hours on my teams. i would like a 2002 or later league that needs an owner to take over an nl team. also a league that does not allow teams to accumulate large amounts of cash because this seems to inhibit the activity within a league.
