Me too.
And that raises a question: Has anyone seen a minor-league manager develop very far? I haven't but I have not played very many seasons yet. If they don't that would be something to improve.
EDIT: And to faroo6 (a couple of pages back): Thanks for the reminder! Somehow, my eye seems to pass over that too often!
