Judging by the rest of the salaries, it looks like it's entirely possible to field a decent team even with one player taking so much of the cap.

I actually like that the AI will go beyond the salary limits if they can afford it--although 6x the "Superstar" salary is a bit much.

If there's any problem, I think it's with the AI and salary cap management. Does the AI actually consider the cap, or does the game just not allow it sign/trade for players who would put them above it? Teams always have budgets that go beyond the cap, even taking into account personnel salary.
