Suggestion: Multiple scouting services with built in biases other than SISA. You would have to pay for the service; an organization could pay for more than one.
Reason: It would be fun to have 3-4 different, competing scouting services. They would have different biases, say, towards "tools", "stats", "High schoolers", "college", "US regions", "hitting or pitching" or a combination of these factors.
